Monthly Update  


Yes, I've been slacking. I gave myself the excuse of August heat and ... yes. I need to get back into this habit.



My "normal" set is 30, but I sometimes manage a set of 40.



It's been a good month for weight loss. I seen to be at a stable "just under 200 lbs" now. I haven't decided on a long-term goal yet - I'm kind of curious where my body will stabilize with these habits.



I've ended this program. I was ending each stair climb with a raw throat and dust-filled lungs.


Kyna and I will be taking the Wednesday classes from Michelle Badion starting this week.
