Fitness Update  
Still walking. I'm up above 12,000 steps/day (about 6 miles/day) currently, walking to and from work most days.

I'm also starting a regimen of pushups and situps every day. At this point, I'm mostly establishing a daily habit.

I need to incorporate walking and situps. I feel good about the pushups though. I can do about 40 in one go at it, but its exhausting.

Good deal! Way to go! An urban life without a lot of walking is no urban life at all. Walking in your neighborhood or in the Downtown forces you to observe, ponder, and form emotional connections. Good luck with the PT.
