The iPhone is real...  
... and it looks like a near-ideal Treo replacement. This might even replace the crackberry.

Watch the videos. The "multi-touch UI" is approaching Minority Report levels of sexy.

Fullscreen touch. OS X. 802.11 b/g, GSM and EDGE. Google maps integration, including the ability to call nearby businesses. iSync. 115mm by 61mm by 12mm.

Not available for sale, yet, since Apple wanted to announce it before the FCC leaked information. I've heard that it will retail for $499, which is about the same as a Treo before the Cingular contract wackiness kicks in.

I am a sheep, experiencing the iLust so very, very much.

I think the $499 includes a 2 year contract, if I read correctly. I think its pretty sweet looking.

See, I won't get it because it's Cingular - A friend of mine had Cingular and hated it. He couldn't get signal, calls were constantly dropping mid-word ...

Yes, it was a few years ago, but I've stayed away from Cingular.
