Mortgage Broker says he'll have everything finalized and he will have keys in hand by 1:00.

UPDATE TO UPDATE Funding posted, but no keys. Apparently, the Seller, frustrated by the delays, took the keys back yesterday and told the bank that they had ONE DAY to fund or he's sucking up the breach-of-contract and putting the house back on the market. Now that the funds are posted, I SHOULD be able to get keys sometime this afternoon.

1:07 - mortgage broker dies from repeated stabbings
1:10 - bombs start exploding at various offices in WA
1:13 - manaical laughter is heard in the Seattle area.

1:17 - buyer and seller form alliance and begin slaughtering mortgage broker; story is later pitched to Hollywood as "Falling Down" meets "Bad Boys" for the real-estate-bubble generation.

Shawnuff. Who would blame you? If the speed of transactions to date is any indication, you could import serfs and build the Great Wall of Sean around it before anybody got off their butts.
