There's one person here who submits EVERY bug as "Top Priority". Because that way, she knows that "They'll get taken care of faster. Just about every morning when I get in, there's a note from her saying "please see me" on my desk.

She gets very upset if I edit her bugs. And she has seniority over me.

I've become very good at ignoring her.

Do her bugs really get taken care of faster?

Whenever an e-mail comes to me top-priority, the first thing I do is downgrade it to normal. Rarely is a top-priority e-mail one that I'd consider top priority.
