Mistakes I can see:
Failure to bring cash to a concert.
Planning on camping at a concert.
Taking a tent he didn't know how to use.
Failure to bring a water vessel or use any of the on-site ATMs to get cash for water.
Eating concert food (apparently he eventually figured out how to get cash).
Failure to plan finding his own car.
... and that's before the "Sasquatch has become my prison" point.
