Cracked windshield
Yeah, last night was the firs time I drove my car in a few weeks, and we made it only about two blocks before we saw a crack growing across my windshield. We turned around, but by the tim we got back to the house, the crack was running across most of the length of my windshield.

Does anybody have reccomendations for windshield replacement people?

Sorry.
Only an anti-suggestion, try to avoid Novus if at all possible. They are on the pricey end of things and don't do a particularly good job. At least that was my experience a several years ago.

When I had to have my windshield replaced, the guy sat there and was super-conservative christian at me. Not fun. Did a good job though, I only had to pay my deductable.

Yeah I haven't heard of that happening since I left CO. There it was common to have a chip from gravel they put down then the defroster on max against the bitter cold outside would have it grow across the window. Means it is cold outside. I got a new windshield a couple years ago from a place on aurora. It was the only place that had a new windshild for my car on little notice. Did a fine job until the chrome molding around the window flew off at 75mph during the subsequent road trip. They corrected it when I returned so that is good, but might not want the hassle. So I would say avoid it.
